Thinking About Selling Your Home in Alpharetta? Here’s Where to Start
If you’re thinking about selling your home in Alpharetta, you’re probably wondering what it’s worth and whether now is a good time.
Here’s what I’m seeing right now.
Updated homes are selling well. Buyers in Alpharetta want move-in ready. They’re looking for updated kitchens, updated baths, and current finishes. If your home has been updated, you’re in a good position. If it hasn’t, we need to talk about pricing it to reflect that — or making some targeted improvements before you list.
Schools still matter. Families moving to North Atlanta are doing their research on school districts. If your home is in a well-regarded school zone, that’s a real selling point and we’ll make sure buyers know it.
Pricing right the first time matters more than ever. Every home is different. I don’t give a price without seeing the home first — and I bring years of experience working with appraisers to every pricing conversation. Overpricing costs you time and money. Getting it right from the start is the goal.
My advice: let’s talk before you decide anything. I’ve lived in Alpharetta for 29 years and I’ve helped a lot of families sell their homes here. I’ll give you a straight answer about what your home is worth and what I’d recommend.
Call or text me anytime. I’m easy to reach.
